Alex Jarvis
Alex trained at the Australian Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy (AICH) in Sydney, obtaining a Diploma of Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy, as well as a Diploma of NLP and Strategic Coaching from the Institute of Applied Psychology in Sydney. She is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner.
Her commitment to helping her client to achieve positive change in their lives is deepened by a passion to discover and understand who you are, what your story is, and how your unique circumstances and interpretations have made you into the person you are now and then help you to develop in a manner that enriches your life and permits you to face the challenges of everyday living with a more purposeful and realistic dynamic.
Alex as a certified clinical hypnotherapist undertakes regular professional development and ongoing training in the latest therapeutic techniques and therapy models in order to expand and refine her abilities as a therapist. Alex adheres to the ethics guidelines and therapeutic standards of the industry professional bodies.

Alex’s career extends over 20 years and is based on extensive knowledge of the Health Care Industry from Practitioner to Managing Director /Consultancy Services to the Healthcare Industry.

Alex was born in the United Kingdom and educated in the South East and London. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree having studied at University College London and RGN (Registered General Nurse) studying at University College Hospital.
